Q: Hi. Can changing the billing address on checkout bring you to another store instead of just switching the currency? Also, I have 3 stores using three different base currencies. I recommend our Shipping, Payment, Promotion, Currency, Catalog Filtering extension which in simple terms is our zones manager. It allows you to have 3 unique stores with unique currencies. When a customer first appears on your site, the system will ask, "Would you like to share your location with this site?" If they decline, the system will attempt to locate them via their IP address. If that doesn't work, we have a block on the sidebar that gives customers the option to type in their address, this will change the site to the correct store. Regarding your question about the checkout process. If the customer inputs their shipping address into the shipping estimator, the site will be redirected to the correct store. If the customer does not use the shipping estimator and continues to the checkout process, it will not redirect them. When the customer inputs his billing address, he will not be redirected to a different store because this information isn't actually saved until the completion of the purchase. Once the purchase is completed and the customer returns to your site and logs in, he will be redirected to the correct site. I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions.
