OVERVIEW

The Best Way To Manage Your Inventory

Make Magento® your complete Inventory Control System with Multi-Warehouse Inventory Management. Every function is built directly into Magento® according to Magento's® Standards of Coding, and no external software is necessary. Created for the Ecommerce merchant to help efficiently manage their inventory across multiple countries, stores and warehouses. Multi-Warehouse Inventory Management is constantly under development to meet the demands of the industry.

Multi-Warehouse Inventory Management Will Help You:

1. Setup an Infinite number of warehouses, their unique addresses and warehouse contacts.

2. Manage Stock levels and backorders for each of your warehouses. Magento® was not designed to manage inventory across multiple websites, stores and store views, but after installation you'll be able to do just that.

3. Warehouses will receive their own order notifications. They will be able to identify their orders, invoices and credit memos and operate independently of the other warehouses.

4. Ship from warehouse specific origins based on a number of configurations. Give your warehouses a specific origin address for shipment calculations and then specify the countries, states and zip codes that are assigned to your warehouse.

Warehouse Management

Multi-Warehouse Inventory Management is the most comprehensive warehouse management extension available for Magento®.

1. Seperate your warehouses geographically.
2. Assign zones to your warehouses for accurate shipping.
3. or let the system automatically assign the closest warehouse with available quantities to your customers order.
4. Manage private warehouses for supplies and raw materials.
5. Manage orders, invoices, credit memos and shipments from warehouses individually.

With our comprehensive warehouse management abilities you'll be able to create an infinite number of warehouses to suite your specific needs. Make them publicly available or hide them from your users in order to manage supplies and materials.

You can easily define which warehouses will be assigned to which countries, states and zip codes, or let the software automatically determine your customers location and assign the nearest warehouse.

You'll be able to specify which warehouses can accept backorders and which cannot. Let's not forget that you can manage the stock levels of every warehouse individually. You'll be able to define minimum and maximum purchase quantities as well as specifying a minimum stock level.

Inventory Management

Manage Inventory across multiple warehouses with full control over how the warehouses handle that inventory. All of the native Magento® inventory management controls are available to you, but now they're available on a per warehouse basis, not just per SKU.

  1. View your low stock reports to see which warehouses have hit their low stock thresholds.
  2. Configure warehouse level backorders, minimums, maximums and low stock levels.
  3. Split order shipments across multiple warehouses.
  4. Assign products to specific warehouses.
  5. Take advantage of the Extended Dataflow for vendor integrations.
  6. For further integration use the extended Magento® API.
  7. Manage shelf locations for each product.
  8. Multiple locations with its own stock levels, products and alerts.
  9. Set warehouse priority at the product level.

With our inventory management features you'll be able to manage the stock levels of every product with precision. Stock will be deducted from the warehouse of your configuration upon order shipment.

Before you ship an order you'll have the ability to change the warehouse to deduct inventory from.

Order Management

You have the power to define exactly how you want orders to be treated. You can let the customer choose the warehouse, or you can have the system determine the nearest warehouse. You even have the ability to let the system pull inventory from multiple warehouses depending upon availability.

1. Split Quantities for delivery allows one product delivery from several warehouses for a single order. It takes place if a product is not available in the requested quantity in any warehouse.

2. Choose which warehouse is used for an order based upon nine different shipping cost and distance algorithms to provide you with the most flexibility and control over purchases.

Shipping Management

We offer you complete control over your shipping abilities. Without such an option a multiple warehouse extension would be useless. Multi-Warehouse Inventory Management allows you do define exactly where your warehouses are located and which shipment methods are available from their location. With this kind of control you'll be able to reduce shipping costs, manage precise inventory levels and reduce the shipping delay between you and the customer.

1. Set the shipping origin/address for each warehouse independently.

2. Split shipments between warehouse at the time of the order and then adjust the stock origins when shipping those orders.

3. Handle backorders uniquely for each warehouse that you've created.

4. Set minimum stock levels for out of stock flags along with minimum and maximum order quantities.

Automatically Determine a Customers Location

With our built in customer location engine you'll have the flexibility to determine a customers geolocation based upon series of accuracy fallbacks. Configure the system to attempt an automatic gelocation determination using the most accurate GPS capabilities of the users device first. If the capability does not exist on the users machine it will fallback to less reliable options.

1. Redirect customers to your preferred store views based upon geolocation.

2. Automatically determine the customers geolocation.

3. Assign users to a geolocation based upon their default addresses.

We Added quite a bit of custom code a while back to an old version of Innoexts Multi-Warehouse module.

We Added quite a bit of custom code a while back to an old version of Innoexts Multi-Warehouse module. This put us in a really bad spot when we found some pretty serious conflicts with new features we were planning to deploy. Innoexts worked with us quite well. They applied their patch to our development server and again to production. They were able to resolve their part of the conflict much faster than we would have been able to sort through their code. The only issue that kept me from giving them a 5 for support is the time difference. It made communicating in a timely manor much more difficult. I would recommend them. - BryanSalva on 5/16/2016

Javascript errors in Onepage checkout addon

A lot of Javascript errors in Onepage checkout page, I cannot go ahead with checkout process. It seems that a javascript file is missing in the package, in particular that one that is called lt;script type="text/javascript" src="lt;?php echo $this-gt;getSkinUrl('js/opcheckout.js') ?gt;"gt;lt;/scriptgt; in onepage.phtml file - marcog_dotcom on 5/16/2016

Also very useful for my store. has many functions we needed. Installation was easy and configuration didnt take much time also. response to support emails has been fast even during holiday :) same thing about other extensions that might break but i guess not possible to do major changes without other customizations - kuuno on 5/16/2016

Great product if you are wanting to run multiple warehouses!

Great product if you are wanting to run multiple warehouses! Easy to install and configure. One little note though is that it modifies the inventory database and can break other extensions that you may have installed. We found this to be so with the m2ePro (eBay) extension. Now to find a work around! - Andrew Waite on 5/16/2016

Product Question

Q: I have a few questions about the Multiple Warehouse module 1) In the Priority Section on a product page, it has "Default" checkboxes, but more than one warehouse be set to the Default... Is there a way, on a per storeview basis, to set the inventory that is used. So, for example if we have multiple warehouses with the product, for Storeview 1 we ONLY want to use Warehouse 1, only Storeview2 Warehouse 2. 2) When creating a credit memo that puts inventory back in stock, does it get put back in the warehouse it came from? Is it possible to have it go back to a different one? (For example, we use Store Views to handle inventory sold via Amazon FBA, and sometimes a customer returns those items directly to one of our warehouses instead of to Amazon). 3) Is it possible to change the warehouse after the order has been placed? For example, we have some products that we stock, but if a customer orders a large quantity, we will just drop ship them from the manufacturer. 4) Is the module still under active development? I've noticed your website has a number of broken links and last updated date is listed as "Dec 15, 2015". Thanks. - Jon on November 24, 2016

1. If you set a warehouse to default it will remove the default allocation from any other warehouse. 1.1 There's currently no way to set a warehouse to a store view. But we can build this out for you if you would like us to customize the extension. 3.. Yes exactly, when creating a shipment you have the ability to specify where the product should come from. The preselected option during shipment will be what the system determined based on your rules. 2. When cancelling the shipment or order, the product will be added back to the warehouse that was chosen. 4. We are actively developing the Magento 2 version of the extension. We maintain all bugs and security patches needed for this extension, but we are not currently adding features unless they have been requested.

Q: How can I remove the shipment quote from the product page? There is no configurable for this. thank you - william sanchez on December 3, 2014

The “Quote” block is enabled in the layout file: app/design/frontend/base/default/layout/warehouse.xml Replace with and flush the cache. Or remove the block inside your custom theme layout file.

Q: Can you set zip code range to a warehouse? Do I need to enter it one by one? (1, 2, 3 …. ) Example: 00001-00500 warehouse1 01001-01500 warehouse2 - Sonic on October 7, 2014

Yes. You can set zip code range for a warehouse (“Assigned Areas” method should be enabled in settings).
